Staci Croom-Raley, J.D., M.S., is an accomplished attorney and advocate who brings decades of leadership experience to her specialized practice in legacy protection, estate planning, and legal services for families with children who have disabilities. Her unique background combines legal expertise with a deep understanding of the challenges families face, particularly those navigating special needs planning.

A distinguished graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's William H. Bowen School of Law, Ms. Croom-Raley earned notable recognition during her legal studies, including the Southern Trial Lawyers Association's Best Essay Award and the prestigious Dean's Service Award. Her commitment to public service was demonstrated through her externship at the Arkansas General Assembly, laying the foundation for her future advocacy work in Arkansas State Government.

Before establishing her current legal practice, Ms. Croom-Raley served in executive positions with nationally recognized organizations including Boys Town USA, Boys and Girls Clubs, and Goodwill Industries. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into the challenges facing families and children with special needs. Her dedication to education and mentorship is evidenced by her teaching appointments at the University of Memphis, the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and Webster University's Little Rock campus.

As the founder of The Croom Firm, LLC, she has earned recognition as an Arkansas Times Women Entrepreneur honoree and Soirée Women to Watch recipient. Her commitment to community service continued through active involvement with the Little Rock Downtown Rotary, and Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Incorporated. In 2021, American Express named her one of 26 Social Justice Leaders inn America for its Converge Academy, and she was layered selected as a 2022 New Leaders Council Fellow for the Arkansas Chapter.

Ms. Croom-Raley holds a Master of Science in Leadership from the University of Memphis, complementing her legal expertise with strong organizational and advocacy skills.
